Digital Temperature Probes are a must for any kitchen.
I believe this useful item takes all the guess work out of coooking meat.
To make sure your meat is cooked to perfection just cook to a core temperature of 70 to 75°C. This ensures you won’t undercook, which is a common cause of food poisoning. It also stops you overcooking and drying out your meat.
If you like your beef roast nice and pink in the middle you can cook to a core temperature of between 58°C and 62°C, depending on your preference.
In summer a digital probe is essential to make babequing safe and enjoyable for your family and friends.
Pick one up when you are next in the shop and one of my team will be happy to demonstrate how to use it correctly.
