About our Free Range ChickensI source my free range Chickens from specially selected farms throughout Yorkshire, one of which is T.Soanes & Son, who have been rearing and preparing poultry for over 65 years.
The Chickens are grain fed to produce a tastier flavour and raised to high standards of welfare on their Yorkshire Farms.
They are Premium Grade ‘A’ quality Chicken. Air-chilled to provide the freshest result during transportation.
I believe they are the tastiest Chicken one can buy in the U.K.
Buffalo ChickenBuffalo Chicken - A plump chicken supreme, stuffed with chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers, topped with Buffalo mozzeralla and a sun dried tomato. Glazed with a mild lemon and peppercorn marinade. Roast for 50 minutes at 180°C.

Chicken ParmaChicken Parma - A plump chicken supreme, stuffed with chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers, topped with a slice of Brie and Parma ham. Glazed with a mild lemon and peppercorn marinade. Roast for 45 -50 minutes at 180°C.

Lemon and Coriander ChickenLemon and Coriander Chicken – a boneless chicken fillet generously smothered in our lemon and coriander sauce. Cook in a Pyrex dish for 40 minutes at 180°C. Great served on a bed of rice.

Chicken NuggetsChicken Nuggets – tender chunks of chicken fillet rolled in flour and coated in our crispy bread crumb. We seal them in our deep fat fryer, ready for you to finish in the oven. Roast for 25 minutes at 180°C. Now you know your children will be eating real chicken.

I source my free range chickens from specially selected farms throughout the Yorkshire Wolds and from Johnson and Swarbrick, who have been rearing chickens for the the past three decades in the picturesque village of Goosnargh, situated on the edge of the Ribble valley.
The Chickens are fed on a diet that is free from additives, growth promoters, antibiotics and medication.
This provides a high quality bird that develops at a natural rate with a natural flavour. At Night they are housed in secure cabins to avoid any fox damage. These Chickens are very high quality and are also used by the likes of Gordon Ramsey at this Boxwood Cafe and the Ivy Restaurant in London
